As a Commercial Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transition of products from the research and development (R&D) stage to the commercial phase.

Job Description:

• Coordinating the timely execution of client sample requests from R&D to the commercial stage.
• Compiling comprehensive launch bundles with all necessary product information and delivering them to Quality Assurance (QA) and production teams.
• Ensuring efficient project coordination for weekly project meetings, including the preparation of relevant materials.
• Managing projects using Gantt charts and stage gate management systems to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Assisting in the development of strategies to enhance product commercialization processes.
• Identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or challenges in the commercialization process.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in a research and development (R&D) or commercial position within the food industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A deep passion for and knowledge of food products and the culinary industry.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in Gantt chart and stage gate management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure that all critical information is delivered accurately and on time.
