Supply Chain Manager - Located in Rosenort, Manitoba

We are an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless Steel agricultural products.

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Supply Chain Manager

• Starting Salary Dependent on Qualifications
• Day Shift
• Full Time
• All necessary training will be provided

Duties include:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that ensure efficient material flow, cost-effectiveness, and timely product delivery
• Collaborate with local suppliers and partners to create sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships
• Stay updated on local market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements
• Manage the supply chain budget
• Ensure that inventory levels are well-balanced, meeting production demands while minimizing carrying costs and waste.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs, receive discounts and achieve the most cost effective way of shipping
• Enter accurate purchase order details into internal ERP system
• Maintain updated records of purchased products and up to date pricing
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including local supplier performance, on-time delivery, and cost control
• Other duties as required

Employment Requirements:

• Minimum educational preferred: Post Secondary in Supply Chain Management
• A minimum of 1 year in proven experience in leadership and supply chain management
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
• Strong Computer Skills including ERP System and Microsoft Office.

• Able to lift 50 lbs
